Dual-Brand After-Sales Service Training for SANY & Putzmeister Truck-Mounted Concrete Pumps Concludes Successfully in Br
To further deepen the integration of the two brands and upgrade the after-sales support capacity across Latin America and the Caribbean (LACA), SANY Pavement & Pump Overseas Marketing Division recently joined forces with Putzmeister’s US and Brazilian teams to successfully host a dual-brand after-sales service training for LACA regional dealers of SANY & Putzmeister truck-mounted concrete pumps in São Paulo, Brazil.
As the first joint after-sales service training program launched by both sides, this session targeted practical pain points encountered by frontline staff in the Latin America and Caribbean (LACA) market. Peng Jiang, the exclusive instructor, delivered lectures on the electrical and hydraulic system technologies of truck-mounted concrete pumps. Adopting a training model of "2 days of theoretical teaching + 2 days of hands-on practice + 1 day of comprehensive assessment", the event laid a solid technical foundation for the upgrading of the regional service system.
In classroom sessions, Peng Jiang systematically elaborated on circuit diagrams, hydraulic principles and common fault diagnosis for dual-brand truck-mounted concrete pumps. At the practical training venue, trainees performed troubleshooting and maintenance operation drills on real machines, which comprehensively improved their capabilities to handle on-site service issues.
